WFCA Neighborhoods

Winslow Farm is a collection of eight (8) distinct neighborhoods. Three neighborhoods are HOAs (Home Owner Associations) with their own Board of Directors. The three are Bayberry, Moss Creek and Moss Creek Village. Residents pay monthly fees for upkeep and maintenance.

The other five (5) neighborhoods composed of single unit residences are Bent Tree, Laurelwood, New Bent Tree, Olde Mill and Sweetbriar. Each is to have an Architectural Committee (AC) to authorize most issues, but without such the WFCA Board of Directors becomes the authorizing body by default.

Regardless, residents in all of the 8 neighborhoods are required to pay an annual fee for the maintenance of the WFCA common areas. The following provides additional information. Links are provided for those with their own websites. You can find their respective Covenant, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) and other relevant information on the CCR and Bylaw page.
