REQUEST FORM FOR EXTERIOR ALTERATIONS

PROCEDURE TO REPORT A FAILURE TO MAINTAIN PRIVATE PROPERTY
The WFCA CCR indicate that all WFCA property is to be taken care of in a manner to maintain property values. With that directive the following is the procedure to address violation. If you feel a neighbor is failing to properly maintain their property and your property value is diminished as a result, you may use the following to report your concerns.
