Part of the WFCA common maintenance area are 8 storm sewer drainage ponds. Of these ponds, 7 are wet retention ponds and 1 is a dry detention pond.

Ponds #1 and #2 were dredged and re-lined. In 2023 annual fees were increased to provide necessary funds. In 2024 a loan was obtained to be repaid with the increase in fees for the restoration of Ponds #3-#7 by dredging and installing new liners. The project was completed in 2025.​​
