NOTE:  For the last few months, the WFCA President has provided personal monthly updates after each monthly meeting of the WFCA Board of Directors. This has served to replace the newsletter as a method to provide WFCA members with information in a more timely manner.  At the next month's board meeting, the minutes are reviewed for approval.  The approved minutes are posted on this website.
