Welcome to Winslow Farm Community Association, Inc. (WFCA), located in beautiful Bloomington Indiana. WFCA is the community association that managements the common areas within Winslow Farm. This includes the drainage areas of seven wet ponds and one dry pond. Additionally WFCA provides oversight to the eight distinct neighborhoods. WFCA is run by a volunteer Board elected from the neighborhoods.
The Association encompasses 417 homes in the neighborhoods of Bayberry, Bent Tree, Laurelwood, Moss Creek, Moss Creek Village, New Bent Tree, Olde Mill and Sweetbriar. Every home in these neighborhoods is part of WFCA.
Of the eight neighborhoods, five are single-family-unit neighborhoods and three are condo/shared-patio neighborhoods. The three condo neighborhood are governed by their own board of directors and a specific set of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) and Bylaws. The five single-family-unit neighborhoods are also governed by their own set of CCRs and bylaws.
Originally an Architectural Committee (AC) in each of the five neighborhoods was designated to ensure that the neighborhood character and property values are maintained. However, three of the five neighborhoods do not have active ACs and by default the WFCA Board of Directors is assigned the responsibility of overseeing such.
