WINSLOW FARM COMMUNITY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Winslow Farm Community Association, Inc. (WFCA) is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors to address issues that relate to the well-being of the association and specifically manage the WFCA common property. The map indicates the limited areas for which WFCA is responsible in accordance with the declaration of convenants, conditions and restritctions (CCRs).
The neighborhoods of Bayberry, Moss Creek and Moss Creek Village also have their own homeowner associations and volunteer boards to manage issues as specified in their respective bylaws and declarations. In order to oversee the CCRs of the remaining five (5) neighborhoods an Architectural Committee is to be organized in each neighborhood. In the absence of such, the WFCA Board of Directors serves as the default authorizing body.
